Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or personalized items may take 7–14 business days depending on design complexity.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Local Pickup

If you’re local, you can select Local Pickup at checkout.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays

Klassy Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related disruptions. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S., but we hope to expand internationally soon!
